Scope of work

Rapido begin a project by matching the proposed project with the expertise and resources at UTS. A Rapido specialist and academic team scope out what’s required and ensure everyone is on the same page.

Costing

Rapido cost the project, potentially leveraging government grants. With agreement, the team draws up a contractual agreement and create a roadmap and milestones for the project.

Communication

The project team has regular meetings to keep you up to date with progress and to discuss potential innovations as they emerge. Sometimes the university environment turns up opportunities the team would never have anticipated at the beginning of a project. These can lead to valuable opportunities which might persuade you to pivot your project.
